Description

Acusensus Limited (‘ACE’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 10 January 2023.

The securities of ACE will commence quotation at 11:00AM AEDT on Thursday, 12 January 2023.

ACE raised $20,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 6 December 2022 by the issue of 5,000,000 shares at an issue price of $4.00 per share.
