FY26 Guidance Reaffirmed and Business Update

Highlights

• In the United States, Acusensus is engaged in a number of active procurement processes, with a sales pipeline broader than at any prior point in its history. The mobilisation of the Connecticut Department of Transportation work zone speed enforcement program is progressing with all assets built and end to end go-live expected in the coming months.
• Three concurrent operational programs are now running in the United Kingdom with systems deployed in Scotland, Sussex and Devon & Cornwall.
• Transport for NSW initiated a 6-month + 6-month extension of the Mobile Speed Camera (MSC) program ahead of the broader re-tender outcome, which Acusensus has accepted in principle, subject to finalisation of commercial terms.
• New Zealand mobile speed enforcement program operating at full run-rate, with deployment volumes and financial outcomes modestly above plan.
• Forsite by Acusensus expanded its international presence with the appointment of its first European-based employee, supporting a growing pipeline of pilot opportunities in the United Kingdom and Western Europe to join the Australian pipeline.
• R&D activities continue at pace, including the installation of the first low capex fixed red light and speed enforcement test site in NSW in April 2026.
• The Company remains well positioned to deliver the previously released FY26 guidance.

forces and a national road authority. Together, these milestones represent meaningful step changes in our international footprint.

Customer Engagement and Operations

United States

Acusensus has continued to invest in scaling its US presence under newly appointed General Manager - USA, Kevin Tenbrunsel, who joined the Company at the end of 2025 and is now fully embedded in the role. Three additional experienced sales hires have been added to the US team since the start of the calendar year and the Company expects to grow the US headcount to approximately 50 employees by the end of the financial year.

The Company is currently progressing a substantial US pipeline with active opportunities at the state, community and federally funded levels. Recent developments include:

• Connecticut Department of Transportation: All ten work zone speed enforcement trailers and five vehicles are assembled as the team progresses the mobilisation work required for this program.
• Active procurement processes: Acusensus is engaged in a number of live procurement processes across the United States. The Company has also progressed multiple community-level RFPs.
• State-level real-time enforcement: Multiple states have submitted for federal funding to support real-time distracted driving and seat-belt enforcement programs.

United Kingdom

The UK business has expanded, with the majority of in-country assets presently actively deployed across three concurrent programs:

• Transport Scotland: A six-month survey-stage contract for mobile phone and seatbelt detection was secured and publicly launched on 11 March 2026, with two Heads-Up trailers now operating on the Scottish strategic road network, including roadworks deployments on the M8 and M80 motorways.
• Sussex Police: A one-month operational deployment for mobile phone and seatbelt detection commenced in mid-April 2026, with national media coverage.
• Devon & Cornwall Police: The original long-term operational program for mobile phone and seatbelt detection continues, with the trailer deployed across both counties.

New Zealand

The nationwide mobile speed camera program for NZTA Waka Kotahi continues to operate at full run-rate, with deployment volumes modestly above plan and disciplined cost performance. The program is exceeding budgeted revenue and profitability year to date. The leadership team in New Zealand has continued to deliver against the operational schedule, with strong performance from the locally based operations and pre-verification teams.

Australia

• New South Wales: Transport for NSW has requested an extension of the Mobile Speed Camera program for a 6-month + 6-month period from 1 July 2026. The Company has accepted in principle, with finalisation of commercial terms underway. The broader retender process for the program continues. The mobile phone and seatbelt enforcement program was expanded to include bi-directional enforcement with the first bi-directional Heads-Up trailer entering service with TfNSW on 2 March 2026.
• Queensland: Operations continue across the existing mobile phone, seatbelt and speed enforcement programs, with additional trailers progressively delivered for fit-out to meet expansion requirements for the start of FY27.
• Western Australia: As previously announced in February 2026, the Company has received additional orders from Western Australia for incremental work tied into the existing trailer and fixed site multi-function enforcement camera programs. Mobilisation is underway, with manufacturing on track.
• Australian Capital Territory: Acusensus awaits updates on the finalisation of the ACT TAPES traffic enforcement procurement process.
• Victoria: Acusensus completed a demonstration of multi-function enforcement capability to the Victorian Department of Justice.

• WA media coverage: The Western Australia multi-function enforcement program continues to expand, with the cameras and AI technology operating accurately and to specification. Recent media commentary referring to fines being rescinded under the Western Australia multi-function enforcement program are a normal part of program operation and reflect a range of policy considerations, rather than the accuracy of the underlying technology. The cameras and AI technology have been operating accurately and to specification and the Company continues to support the WA Road Safety Commission as the program expands.

Research and Development

• Red light enforcement: Acusensus' first fixed red light enforcement test site was installed in NSW in 2026, with the first prosecutable red light offence captured under test shortly after. The system enforces both red light and speed offences from a single pole, without requiring integration with traffic signal controllers, in-road inductive loops or additional radar/flash infrastructure. This significantly reduces the capital cost of installation, which is the dominant cost driver for red light enforcement programs, and positions Acusensus well for the pipeline of red light/speed tenders in Australia and internationally.
• Bi-directional enforcement: The first bi-directional Heads-Up trailer for the NSW mobile phone and seatbelt program entered service on 2 March 2026, enabling enforcement of vehicles travelling in both directions from a single trailer.

Forsite by Acusensus

Forsite is Acusensus' hardware-enabled SaaS platform for connected road worker safety, combining roadside sensing, worker wearables and cloud analytics into a recurring subscription model spanning hardware, software, data and support revenue. The platform commercially launched at the end of October 2025.

Since the start of the calendar year, Forsite has continued to build contracted recurring revenue and expand within enterprise customers across multiple deployment environments.

• Enterprise expansion: Fulton Hogan programs and adoption continue to grow, with additional systems deployed within existing operations as the platform is applied across roadside crews and operating environments.
• Contracted revenue: RetroTraffic signed a multi-year commercial agreement in February 2026, adding to Forsite's contracted recurring revenue base.
• Vehicle-mounted adaptability: Forsite has demonstrated the platform across multiple vehicle types and enterprise customers. A contracted paid trial with Service Stream, initially focused on truck-mounted attenuators, now provides a pathway to validate vehicle-mounted use cases across mobile road maintenance and traffic management operations.
• International capability: Forsite has established its first dedicated international business development capability, with a UK-based appointment commencing in May 2026 to support early market entry across the UK and Western Europe, where there is increasing focus on road worker safety and connected worksite solutions.

These developments reflect Forsite's strategy to become a premium safety control for roadside operations, embedded across fixed worksites, mobile road crews and vehicle-mounted applications.

People

The Company is pleased to confirm the permanent appointment of Duncan Murcott as Chief Customer Officer, following the successful conclusion of his initial 12-month engagement. Duncan has played a central role in shaping the Company's customer engagement strategy and the strengthened sales pipeline that is now in place across our international markets. The Board and management are pleased to confirm his continuing leadership of the customer function as the business scales internationally.

Outlook

The Acusensus growth strategy continues to focus on global market opportunities and the ongoing enhancement of its product offering, in support of its position as a leading provider of AI-enabled road safety solutions.

The momentum of FY26 to date including the ongoing mobilisation of the Connecticut program, the improvement in the United Kingdom, continued strong performance in New Zealand, and contract expansions in Australia all set a strong base for the remainder of the financial year and into FY27.

The Company reaffirms FY26 revenue guidance of $83.0 million to $87.0 million and Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $7.2 million to $8.2 million.
