Activex Limited (ASX: AIV) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Activex Limited (‘AIV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AIV, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 18 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Voluntary Trading Halt

Pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the Listing Rules, ActivEX Limited (“AIV”) hereby requests for a trading halt in respect of its securities, effective immediately.

The trading halt is requested pending release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. Trading of AIV’s shares will resume as soon as the said announcement is released to the market. The Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement, or the commencement of trading on Thursday 18 November 2021.

AIV is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
