Appointment of Director

ActivEX Limited (ASX: AIV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Xinwei Chen as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 13 May 2026.

Ms Chen is an experienced executive with over a decade of leadership in real estate management, regional marketing, and international investment. She has overseen a portfolio of more than 100 projects across Jiangsu Province, including significant roles at prestigious developments such as Suzhou's landmark, Gate of the Orient. Her senior leadership history includes serving as Regional Marketing Director for Gezhouba Real Estate and Jiangsu Regional General Manager at Hongyang Real Estate.

Beyond the property sector, Ms Chen brings significant expertise in the resources and healthcare industries. She has many years of experience in mining investment and has played a key role in various projects. Additionally, she has successfully led a medical device company in China.

Ms Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University.
