Convening of General Meeting

Further to the announcements of ActivEX Limited (the “Company”) dated 18 November 2021 and 23 November 2021 in relation to the placement of 26,569,901 Ordinary Shares (“Placement”), the Company advises that a general meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 12 January 2022 to consider and approve, inter alia , the issue of Options to the investors participated in the Placement as well as to the Joint Lead Managers.
