RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ActivEX Limited (ASX: AIV) announces that Mr Geoff Baker has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective at the close of business today.

Mr Baker has been Non-Executive Director since February 2013.

The Company thanks Mr Baker for the many years of reliable service that he has provided and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
