Submer Deal Unlocks GPU Upside for Activeport

Activeport Group Ltd (ASX: ATV) (“Activeport” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Submer Technologies, S.L. ( Submer ) has acquired Activeport’s GPU software partner, Radian Arc Limited ( Radian Arc ). The transaction strengthens Radian Arc’s growth outlook and is expected to increase demand for Activeport’s GPU software, supporting future licence and recurring revenue.

Submer, founded in Barcelona, Spain, is a leading global provider of liquid immersion cooling solutions and fullstack AI datacentre infrastructure for AI and GPU workloads.

The acquisition combines Submer’s high-density AI datacentre technology with Radian Arc’s distributed GPU edge computing platform to create an integrated, full-stack AI infrastructure platform spanning hyperscale datacentres to telco edge networks, supporting sovereign AI, low-latency GPU workloads and cloud gaming services.

Activeport and Radian Arc maintain a long-standing strategic partnership with Activeport’s GPU orchestration and streaming software underpinning Radian Arc’s cloud gaming platform and enabling the automated deployment of distributed GPU resources across telecommunications networks and edge data centres.

The transaction materially strengthens the ecosystem for Activeport’s technology and positions the Company to capture more software license revenue as Radian Arc accelerates its growth under Submer’s ownership.

Activeport and Radian Arc have collaborated for several years to enable telecommunications operators to deploy GPU-based infrastructure for cloud gaming. The partnership has generated tangible commercial outcomes and will continue to do so under this new ownership.
