2021 Annual Financial Report
Rome, 6 April 2022 – The Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2021, comprising the Draft Annual Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operations and the Declaration referred to in Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Report on Corporate Governance and on the Ownership Structure, the Report on the Remuneration policy and the remuneration paid, pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, the disclosure pertaining to the consolidated non-financial statement in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 (2021 Sustainability Report) and the Explanatory Reports concerning the items on the agenda of the ordinary Annual General Meeting convened on 27 April 2022 and 2 May 2022, respectively in first and second call, are available to the public at the Company's head office, in the appropriate section of the Company's website (www.gruppo.acea.it, section "2022 Annual General Meeting") and on the authorised storage mechanism, available on the website .
The financial information relating to the subsidiaries and associate companies will be available at the Company's head office, starting from 12 April 2022.
