ACEA S.p.A.: 2021 Calendar of Corporate Events
Rome, 27 January 2021 - ACEA S.p.A. ("ACEA") announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company's financial results during 2021:

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.
A General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders to approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 will be convened in first call on 22 April 2021 (Thursday) and in second call on 23 April 2021 (Friday).
The dividend for 2020 is expected to be payable from 23 June 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 21 June 2021 and record date of 22 June 2021.
