Resignation of Board Member Yves Rannou
Rome, 7 March 2025 – ACEA informs that Yves Rannou, appointed in accordance with Article 15.4 of the Articles of Association, on the proposal of Shareholder Suez International, at the Annual General Meeting on 12 April 2024, has today tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors. The resignation of Director Rannou, which will take effect from the end of the day prior to Acea's next ordinary AGM, is due to unforeseen growing commitments connected with his professional duties.
Yves Rannou, non-executive and non-independent Director, is not a member of any internal board committees and, as of today's date, does not hold shares in ACEA.
The Chairperson Barbara Marinali and the Chief Executive Officer Fabrizio Palermo, on behalf of the entire Board of Directors, thank Yves Rannou for the professionalism shown to the Company and to the Board of Directors.
During a forthcoming meeting, ACEA's Board of Directors will take the necessary decisions regarding the replacement for Yves Rannou.
