PIER FRANCESCO RAGNI APPOINTED MANAGER RESPONSIBLE

Rome, 31 August 2024 - At today's meeting, chaired by Barbara Marinali, the ACEA Board of Directors, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Auditors and effective immediately, approved the appointment of Pier Francesco Ragni - currently Deputy General Manager Corporate and Chief Financial Officer - also to the role of Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/98, replacing Sabrina Di Bartolomeo who, as announced on 27 August, has tendered her resignation from the said position in order to pursue new professional challenges.
