Roma, 28 febbraio 2023 – In relazione al comunicato stampa diffuso il 17 febbraio scorso, relativo alla nomina da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione di ACEA di Barbara Marinali quale nuovo Consigliere non esecutivo e Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione, si precisa che le altre posizioni attualmente ricoperte dalla Presidente in organi societari sono relative a una società quotata e a due società non quotate.
