Resolution proposal for item 4.3 on the Agenda

With regard to item 4.3) on the Agenda – Appointment of the Chairman – the undersigned ROMA CAPITALE hereby formulates the following proposal to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting:

"It is hereby proposed that Mrs. Michaela Castelli, the first of the candidates for the position of Board member on the List submitted by Roma Capitale, be appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors."
