INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 8 gennaio 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), società leader nello sviluppo residenziale a Milano, quotata sull'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 2 e il 5 gennaio 2024, n. 26.000 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN IT0005445280), al prezzo medio di € 4,9603 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di € 128.968,05 in esecuzione della delibera assembleare del 14 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intermonte S.p.A.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, January 8th, 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company"), a leading development company residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that, in the period between January 2nd and January 5th, 2024, it purchased n. 26,000 treasury shares (ISIN IT0005445280) for an average price of € 4.9603 per share and for a total consideration of € 128,968,05, as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 14th, 2023, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999.
The purchases were performed through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
