INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 12 febbraio 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), società leader nello sviluppo residenziale a Milano, quotata sull'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 5 febbraio e il 9 febbraio 2024, n. 17.962 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN IT0005445280), al prezzo medio di € 4,8866 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di € 87.773,37 in esecuzione della delibera assembleare del 14 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intermonte S.p.A.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, February 12, 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company"), a leading development company residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that, in the period between February 5 and February 9, 2024, it purchased n. 17,962 treasury shares (ISIN IT0005445280) for an average price of € 4.8866 per share and for a total consideration of € 87,773.37, as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 14th, 2023, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999.
The purchases were performed through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
