Milano, 8 aprile 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), società leader nello sviluppo residenziale a Milano, quotata sull'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 2 e il 5 aprile 2024, n. 19.337 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN IT0005445280), al prezzo medio di € 3,8752 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di € 74.935,67 in esecuzione della delibera assembleare del 14 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intermonte S.p.A.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, April 8th, 2024 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company"), a leading residential developer in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that, in the period betweenApril 2 and Aprile 5, 2024, it purchased n. 19,337 treasury shares (ISIN IT0005445280) for an average price of € 3.8752 per share and for a total consideration of € 74,935.67, as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 14th, 2023, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999. The purchases were performed through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
