ERRATA CORRIGE AL COMUNICATO STAMPA DEL 24 LUGLIO 2023

Milano, 25 luglio 2023 – A rettifica del comunicato stampa di AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), diffuso in data 24 luglio 2023, si precisa che il prezzo medio per azione per gli acquisti di azioni proprie effettuati nel periodo compreso tra il 20 e 21 luglio 2023, è pari a € 5,4694 anziché € 5,4667 erroneamente indicato nel predetto comunicato stampa.

Di seguito il dettaglio degli acquisti effettuati su base giornaliera e in allegato, in forma dettagliata, le operazioni compiute nel suddetto periodo.

CORRECTION TO PRESS RELEASE DATED JULY 24, 2023

Milan, July 25th, 2023 – As a correction to the press release of AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company") issued on July 24, 2023, it should be noted that the average price per share for the purchases of treasury shares made during the period between July 20 and July 21, 2023, is € 5.4694 instead of € 5.4667 erroneously indicated in the aforementioned press release.
