INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 29 agosto 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), società leader nello sviluppo residenziale a Milano, quotata sull'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 21 agosto e il 25 agosto 2023, n. 15.931 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN IT0005445280), al prezzo medio di € 5,3919 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di € 85.898,68 in esecuzione della delibera assembleare del 14 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intermonte S.p.A.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, August 29th, 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company"), a leading development company residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that, in the period between August 21st and August 25th, 2023, it purchased n. 15,931 treasury shares (ISIN IT0005445280) for an average price of € 5.3919 per share and for a total consideration of € 85,898.68, as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 14th, 2023, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999.

The purchases were performed through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
