INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 6 novembre 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" o la "Società"), società leader nello sviluppo residenziale a Milano, quotata sull'Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 30 ottobre e il 3 novembre 2023, n. 10.189 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN IT0005445280), al prezzo medio di € 5,0754 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di € 51.713,66 in esecuzione della delibera assembleare del 14 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intermonte S.p.A.

WEEKLY REPORT ON THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, November 6th, 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A. ("AbitareIn" or the "Company"), a leading development company residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A, announces that, in the period between October 30th and November 3rd, 2023, it purchased n. 10,189 treasury shares (ISIN IT0005445280) for an average price of € 5.0754 per share and for a total consideration of € 51,713.66, as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on July 14th, 2023, and then disclosed pursuant to Art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999.
The purchases were performed through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
