ABITAREIN: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL (pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 1 of Consob Regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999)

Milano, 22 February 2023 2023 2023 - Abitare In S.p.A. (the "Company" or "AbitareIn"), a leading company in the residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Itali Borsa Italiana Italiana"), communicates pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 1, of the Consob Issuers' Regulations, the new composition of the Company's share capital, following the issuance, on February 21 2023, free of charge, of 69,968 ordinary shares, having the same characteristics as those outstanding, to a beneficiary of the 2021-2023 Stock Grant Plan approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of May 31, 2021.

Therefore, the new share capital of AbitareIn, subscribed and paid up, amounts to 133,003.90 133,003.90 133,003.90 euros and is represented by 26.600.780 26.600.78026.600.780 ordinary shares.

The certificate of capital increase pursuant to Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code was filed with the Companies' Register of Milan, Lodi, Monza Brianza today.
