ABITAREIN: FROM JUNE 21 NEW ISIN (IT0005445280) OF SHARES FOLLOWING OF THE 1:10 SPLIT Implementation of the shareholders' resolution of 31 May 2021
Milano, June 10 2021 - AbiatreIn S.p.A., a Milanese company leader in residential development, announces that in execution of the shareholders' resolution of last May 31, 2021, filed with the Companies' Register of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi on June 1, 2021 and registered there today, the operation of splitting of the 2,593,538 ordinary shares of AbitareIn S.p.A. will start from June 21, 2021.
The split will take place through the assignment of 10 (ten) new ordinary shares of AbitareIn S.p.A. (new ISIN code IT0005445280, coupon no.1) for each old ordinary share held (old ISIN code IT0005338493, coupon no.1) which will be simultaneously cancelled.
It should be noted that June 18, 2021 will be the last day of trading of the stock prior to the split and that as of June 21, 2021 the stock will be traded post split.
The share capital remains unchanged at a total of 129,676.90 euros and will be represented by 25,935,380 newly issued ordinary shares with no par value.
As these are dematerialised shares, the allocation of the new AbitareIn S.p.A. shares will not require any fulfilment on the part of the shareholders and will be carried out through the intermediaries belonging to the centralised management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A., in accordance with current legislation. No expenses will be borne by the shareholders.
