UPDATE OF THE SHARE CAPITAL POST SPLIT
Milan, 21st June 2021 - AbitareIn S.p.A., the Milanese company leader in residential development, announces the new composition of the share capital, fully subscribed and paid up, following the effectiveness of the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 31, 2021 relating to the split of AbitareIn S.p.A. ordinary shares.
As of today, the share capital of AbitareIn S.p.A, amounting to € 129,676.90, is divided into 25,935,380 ordinary shares with no par value.
The new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) is shown below:
