Milano, 2 November 2021 - Abitare In S.p.A. (the "C 2 November 2021 ompany" or "AbitareIn"), a leading company in the residential development in Milan, listed on Euronext STAR Milan of Borsa Italiana, communicates pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulations, the new composition of the Company's share capital, following the closing of an accelerated bookbuilding transaction carried out through the execution of (i) the fourth tranche of the capital increase resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 20 December 2016 and (ii) the eighth tranche of the capital increase resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 17 July 2017, as per the resolution of the Board of Directors on 21 October 2021.

The subscription price was set at EUR 6.720 per share, of which EUR 6.715 as share premium.

As a result of the placement of 595,432 new ordinary shares of the Company, with the same characteristics as those in circulation, for a total value of 4,001,303 euros, the new share capital of AbitareIn, subscribed and paid up, amounts to 132,654.06 132,654.06 132,654.06 euros and is represented by 26,530,812 26,530,812 ordinary shares.

The certificate of capital increase pursuant to Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code and the updated Articles of Association were filed with the Companies' Register of Milan, Lodi, Monza Brianza on 29 October 2021.
