APPROVAZIONE DEL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI PER L'ESERCIZIO 2026
Milano, 14 ottobre 2025 – Abitare In S.p.A., (la "Società"), società milanese leader nello sviluppo residenziale, quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan, segmento Euronext STAR Milan (Ticker: ABT.MI), ha approvato, ad integrazione di quanto già deliberato, il Calendario degli Eventi Societari per l'esercizio 2026:

| 20 gennaio 2027 | Assemblea Ordinaria – Unica convocazione Approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 30 settembre 2026 |
In caso di variazioni alle predette date, le stesse saranno prontamente comunicate.
Le presentazioni dei dati contabili ad investitori e analisti si svolgeranno, salvo modifiche, entro 5 giorni lavorativi successivi all'approvazione degli stessi da parte dell'organo competente.

APPROVAL OF THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR THE YEAR 2026
Milano, October 14th 2025 – Abitare In S.p.A. (the "Company"), a Milan-based company leader in residential development, has approved today, in addition to what has already been resolved, the Calendar of Corporate Events for the fiscal year 2025:
| January, 21st 2026 | Ordinary Shareholders' meeting – single call Approval of the Separate Financial Statement at September 30th 2025 |

| June, 11th 2026 | BoD - approval of the Half-Yearly Report at March 31st 2026 |
| August, 6th 2026 | BoD - Approval of the Intermediate Consolidated Financial Reports at June 30th 2026 |
| December, 11th 2026 | BoD - Approval of the Consolidated Financial Report and the draft of the Separate Financial Statement at September 30th 2026 |
| January, 20th 2027 | Ordinary Shareholders' meeting – single call Approval of the Separate Financial Statement at September 30th 2026 |
In case of changes to the above-mentioned dates, these will be promptly notified.
The presentations of accounting data to investors and analysts will take place, unless modified, within 5 working days following their approval by the competent body.
