PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION

Milan, December 29, 2025 – Abitare In S.p.A. (the "Company"), a leading Milanese company in residential development listed on the electronic stock market (Euronext Milan) of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, in compliance with current regulations, the Annual Financial Report as of September 30, 2025 (including the draft of the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2025, the Management Report, and the required attestations), along with the Reports of the Audit Firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors, as well as the Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures Report, and the Report on Remuneration Policy and Compensation, are made available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at https://investors.abitareinspa.com/it/ under the section "Investors/Corporate Governance/Meetings," and through the authorized storage mechanism ().
