NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 30 SEPTEMBER 2021 AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION

Milan, 29 December 2022 - AbitareIn S.p.A. (the "Company") a Milanese company leader in residential development listed on the Euronext Milan Market of Borsa Italiana, announces that, pursuant to applicable regulations, the Annual Financial Report as at September 30, 2022 (including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at September 30, 2022, the Management Report and the prescribed Certifications) together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, as well as the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures and the Report on Remuneration Policy and remuneration paid, are made available to the public as from today at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at www. abitareinspa.com under the section "Investors/Corporate Governance/Meetings" and on the authorized storage mechanism (www..it).
