ABITAREIN THE MANAGEMENT MEETS INVESTORS "The first months on STAR, the new projects, the challenges ahead"

Milan, November 25, 2021 - The management of AbitareIn S.p.A. - a Milanese company leader in residential real estate development, listed on Euronext Star Milan (ticker: ABT:MI) - will meet today its investors during an event organized at its showroom in Viale Umbria 32 in Milan.

The meeting will be an important opportunity for discussion and exchange with the financial community, in this context of economic recovery, almost a year after the transition of the Company to the Euronext STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.

During the event, the results achieved so far, the new projects and the future challenges will be presented, also in the light of the social and economic changes brought about by the pandemic and the strong growth and demographic transformation that the city of Milan is experiencing.

For the occasion, the company will open the doors of its showroom and of one of the construction sites in progress, that of Milano City Village (located a few steps from the showroom) near the Scalo di Porta Romana and Fondazione Prada, a strategic area that will be subject to transformation with the future construction of the Olympic Village and the recovery of the railway yard.
