PUBBLICAZIONE DELLA RELAZIONE SULLA POLITICA IN MATERIA DI REMUNERAZIONE
Milano, 15 luglio 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A. (la "Società") società milanese leader nello sviluppo residenziale quotata sul mercato telematico azionario (Euronext Milan) di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che, ai sensi della normativa vigente, in vista dell'assemblea degli azionisti convocata per il giorno 5 agosto 2024, la Relazione sulla Politica di Remunerazione, sezione I, dalla data odierna viene messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzohttps://investors.abitareinspa.com/it/ alla sezione Corporate Governance/Assemblee e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato ().

(the "Company"), a Milanese company leading in residential development and listed on the stock exchange (Euronext Milan) of Borsa Italiana, announces that, in accordance with current regulations, in view of the shareholders' meeting convened for August 5, 2024, the Remuneration Policy Report, section I, is available to the public from today's date at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at https://investors.abitareinspa.com/en/ in the Corporate Governance/Meetings section, and on the authorized storage mechanism ().
