NO FILING OF A MINORITY LIST FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS FOLLOWING THE REOPENING OF DEADLINES

Milan, January 6, 2024 – Abitare In S.p.A. (the "Company"), a leading Milanese company in residential development, regarding the submission of lists for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the subject of the fifth item on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for January 23, 2024, at 3:00 pm on a single call, hereby announces that as of the extended deadline for the filing of such lists, i.e., January 5, 2024, no minority list has been deposited. Therefore, the only list submitted for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors is the one deposited by shareholder Marco Claudio Grillo, holding a stake equal to 17.82% of the total share capital of the Company.
