CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL

Milano, June 16, 2023 – As a clarification on the proposal of distribution of a dividend of € 0.376 per share, mentioned in the press release of June, 13 2023, it is specified that for stock exchange purposes such dividend shall be considered as an ordinary dividend.
