ABITAREIN PUBLIC RELEASES ITS THIRD SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AS A TESTAMENT TO ITS COMMITMENT TO PLANETARY PROTECTION AND PEOPLE'S WELL-BEING

Milan, September 26, 2023 – AbitareIn S.p.A., a leading Milanese residential development company, today published its third Sustainability Report for the year 2022, voluntarily prepared with the aim of transparently communicating the values, strategies, and performance of the Company in the Social, Economic, Environmental, and Governance domains.

The document has been prepared in accordance with the 2021 GRI Sustainability Reporting Standard (GRI Standards) guidelines and outlines AbitareIn's commitment guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are the 17 Sustainable Development Objectives identified by the United Nations in 2015, aimed at safeguarding the planet and the well-being of its inhabitants.

From the reading of the document, it is evident, in particular, the Company's dedication to promoting those goals where its capacity for intervention is most significant, such as sustainable and innovative industrialization, the health and well-being of individuals, and the creation of durable and resilient products.
