ABITAREIN: THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING WILL BE HELD ON SECOND CALL ON JANUARY 22, 2022

Milan, January 21, 2022 - AbitareIn S.p.A. (the "Company"), Milan-based company leader in residential development, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called - in first call - for today, January 21, 2022, did not reach the quorum required by law and by the Company By-laws and, therefore, the same will be held tomorrow, January 22, 2022, at 10.00 am, in second call, as per the notice published on December 17, 2021.
