PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF CONVENTION OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CONVOKED FOR JANUARY 24 2023

Milan, 22 December 2022 - AbitareIn S.p.A. (the "Company"), a Milanese company leader in residential development, announces that today was published, in excerpt, on the newspaper Milano Finanza and, in full, on the website of the Company, www.abitareinspa.com, in the section "Investors/Corporate Governance/Meetings" and on the authorized storage mechanism (www.info.it), the notice of call for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Abitare In S.p.A. to be held on 24 January 2023, at 5.00 p.m., on single call, at the Company's operational headquarters, in Milan, Viale Umbria no. 32.

Please also note that the following documents have been made available to the public on the Company's website www.abitareinspa.com, in the section "Investors - Corporate Governance - Meetings":

• i. information on the Company's share capital;
• ii. the proxy form pursuant to art. 135-undecies of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (TUF) for the appointed representative;
