On May 07, 2008 , Mr Marcel Martinus Jacobus Johannes Boekhoorn,
Niederlande has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares his Voting Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have exceeded the 10% limit
of the Voting Rights on April 28, 2008 and now amount to 10.04% (this
corresponds to 2544000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.04%
