Carmila releases its 2017 interim dividend payment date

Subject to the prior approval of the Shareholders' General Meeting to be convened on November 27, 2017, Carmilla will pay on November 30, 2017 a 2017 interim dividend equal to 0.75 euro per share, by way of an exceptional distribution from the "Additional paid-in capital" account

This distribution is the first brick of the Carmila 2017 dividend policy announced earlier this year.

The detachment of the coupon would be effective on November 28, 2017 à 0:00 am.
