With reference to Current Report 39/2025 of 8 December 2025 regardingchanges in the composition of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board made bythe Minister of State Assets, the Management Board of Enea S.A.("Company") hereby publishes information on the education,qualifications and previous positions held by, along with a descriptionof the professional career and other required information concerning,the new Supervisory Board member, Mr. Michał Cebula.

Mr. Michał Cebula holds a master's degree in economics from the Facultyof Economics and Management at the University of Szczecin, havingmajored in human resource management. Moreover, he earned his bachelor'sdegree in German studies - language assistance, postgraduate studies insports management, MBA studies at the Poznań School of Commerce andServices and postgraduate studies in coaching at the Warsaw School ofEconomics.

He served in various roles, including as Deputy Director of theDepartment of Education and Sports at the County Office in Wałcz and theMarshal's Office of Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship.

Since 2017, he has been involved in the power sector. At Enea Operator,he began his professional career as an advisor to the company'smanagement board, and then, until December 2018, as Director of theLogistics and Procurement Department. From January 2019, he served as alogistics advisor to the management board.

From June 2019 to September 2025, he served as Enea Operator'sVice-President for Human Resources (he held the position as arepresentative of the company's employees).

According to his representation, Mr. Michał Cebula does not conduct anyactivity in any form that would compete with Enea S.A., nor does heparticipate in any competing company as a partner in a civil orcommercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in acompany and he does not participate in any competing legal person asmember of its governing body. Mr. Michał Cebula is not listed in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National CourtRegister Act.
