The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 8December 2025 the Company received statements from the Minister of StateAssets that the Minister exercised his powers to appoint and dismissmembers of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to §24(1) of theCompany's Statute.
According to the statements received, the Minister of State Assets, inthe exercise of the powers conferred on him, dismissed Ms. Agata EwaMichalska-Olek from the Company's Supervisory Board, effective as of thesame date, and simultaneously appointed Mr. Michał Remigiusz Cebula tothe Company's Supervisory Board, also effective as of the same date.
Information about Mr. Michał Remigiusz Cebula will be published in aseparate current report to be released after the Company has obtainedall pertinent information and statements.
