Developing rental apartments in Larvik

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a collaborative contract with Skrivergården AS for the development of Skrivergården in Larvik municipality. The contract covers the development of approximately 64 new apartments as well as the refurbishment of 24 existing apartments. The total construction area is around 6,500 square meters gross internal area.

The apartments will be built for rental purposes. The collaboration begins immediately and will continue until June. Construction is expected to start in August 2026. The contract value is estimated at NOK 250 million excluding VAT and will be included in the order backlog upon signing the contract for the second phase of the collaboration. The project is scheduled for completion in September 2028.
