Stockholm, April 23, 2008
The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Investor AB approved the proposal to authorize the company's Board of Directors to decide on the purchase of the company's own shares for the purpose of hedging Investor's commitments and costs in connection with its 2008 long-term sharebased remuneration program for employees and the issue of synthetic shares as part of board remuneration.
