Hermana Holding ASA: Confirmation of NOK 43.8 million received related to royalties from the Shell Penguins FPSO
Reference is made to the press release on 21 October 2025 about the Shell Penguins FPSO having achieved the second and last milestone in the design-royalties agreement, triggering a payment of USD 4.3 million via Magnora ASA to Hermana Holding ASA.
This payment, of NOK 43.8 million, is now received. It settles the last part of the demerger receivable established between the two companies last year.
