Declaration of Holdings – HERMANA HOLDING ASA

Pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act (verdipapirhandelloven) and

Section 4-1 of the Securities Trading Regulations (verdipapirforskriften), we hereby disclose the

following information on behalf of Tigerstaden AS and its controlled subsidiaries.

Triggering event: On 2 September 2025, Alundo Invest AS (a controlled subsidiary of Tigerstaden

AS) disposed of 153 861 shares in Hermana Holding ASA (“the Company”). This transaction

caused the consolidated holding of Tigerstaden AS and its subsidiaries to fall below the 5%

threshold of the total share capital and voting rights.

Date of threshold crossing: 2 September 2025

Number of shares concerned by the transaction: 153 861

Resulting situation after the transaction:

Tigerstaden AS and its controlled subsidiaries, now hold a total of 664 285 shares in the Company,

corresponding to approximately 4.95% of the share capital and voting rights (based on 13 418 740

issued shares).

Remaining shares are held through the following controlled undertakings:

- Tigerstaden AS

- Boolean AS (subsidiary)

- Tigerstate Capital AS (subsidiary)

- Leoville AS (subsidiary)
