International Gold Exploration IGE AB confirms resignation of the Chairman of the Board

International Gold Exploration IGE AB ("IGE") confirms the resignation with immediate effect of its Chairman of the Board, Carl Ameln

"Due to critics from Norwegian shareholders, I have decided to resign, with immediate effect, from my duties as Chairman and member of the Board", says Carl Ameln.

IGE will within short call for an Extraordinary General Meeting in order to elect a new Board Member and a new Chairman of the Board
