Refinancing of 3 Scandinavia completed

Refinancing of the SEK 10.5 bn. debt of 3 Scandinavia (Hi3G), due in mid 2010, has been completed. The existing debt has been replaced in full by new debt maturing in late 2012. The debt facility was oversubscribed but not increased.

As before, the debt is guaranteed by the owners, implying that Investor AB continues to guarantee SEK 4.2 bn., corresponding to its 40 percent ownership in 3 Scandinavia.
