Solstad Offshore ASA - Key Information relating to Q3 2025 dividend

Reference is made to the announcement by Solstad Offshore ASA earlier today with
a notice to an extraordinary general meeting in Solstad Offshore ASA to be held
on 24 November 2025, to approve the dividend proposal on the basis of an interim
balance sheet.
Key information relating to the cash dividend, which is subject to the
shareholders' meeting's approval, is set out below:
. Dividend amount: USD 0.05 per share
. Declared currency: USD (please note that the dividend will be paid out in NOK)
. Last day of trading in the Solstad Offshore ASA share inclusive of the right
to receive the dividend: 24 November 2025
. Ex-date: 25 November 2025
. Record date: 26 November 2025
. Distribution date: On or about 28 November 2025
. Date of approval: 24 November 2025
