Solstad Offshore ASA: Presentation of Third-Quarter 2025 results

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to present its financial results for the

third quarter of 2025.

CEO Lars Peder Solstad stated:

"We continue to deliver solid operational results and build future backlog."

· Adjusted EBITDA of USD 29 million in the quarter compared to USD 28 million

same quarter last year. USD 91 million year to date compared to USD 89 million

last year.

· Order backlog increased to USD 280 million compared to USD 142 million last

year.

· Proposal to distribute cash dividend of USD 0,05/share, totaling

approximately USD 4 million, to be approved in an extraordinary general meeting
