Banca Ifis: Appointed the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and integrated the members of the Supervisory Body

Mestre (Venice), 23 October 2025 – The Board of Directors of Banca Ifis S.p.A., meeting today under the chairmanship of Ernesto Fürstenberg Fassio, has appointed:

• Director Beatrice Colleoni, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member and Chair of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001;
• Director Simona Arduini, member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
