IGE: Appointments to the Nomination Committee for IGE Resources AB

IGE Resources AB (publ) (OSE: IGE) ("IGE") is pleased to announce the appointment of the Nomination Committee in IGE before the Annual General Meeting of 2012.

The appointed Nomination Committee consists of:

• Tim George, Chairman of the Board
• Cheryl Brandon, representative of principal shareholder
• Fredrik Lindgren, representative of principal shareholder

Tim George has been appointed the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
