Extraordinary information

A Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznosítási és Fejlesztési Nyrt. (registered office: 1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 57.; hereinafter referred to as the Company) based on the (1) section of the 55. § of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and the 4th Annex to the 24/2008 (VII.15.) PM regulation hereby respectfully informs the investors, as follows.

In the framework of exercising continuous supervision over the Company as an Issuer, the Magyar Nemzeti Bank issued the resolution No. H-PJ-III-17/2025 (hereinafter referred to as Resolution) on 26 September 2025 and delivered to the Company on 29 September 2025 in which the Issuer was warned to comply with the legal provisions regarding its regular information obligation in the future at all times within the deadline, including, without delay, on the last day of each calendar month, but no later than the following business day, to publish the number of voting rights attached to its shares by series, indicating the treasury stock and the size of the share capital.

According to the Resolution MNB, in the framework of its continuous supervision over the Issuer, has noticed that the Issuer published its report for 31 August 2025 (End of Month Report) in the officially designated information storage system operated by the MNB (https://kozzetetelek.mnb.hu/) (Information Storage System) – which falls within the scope of the regular information obligation – pursuant to Section 54 (9) of the Tpt. on 8 September 2025 under publication number K428535/2025. Given the cited legal provisions and the facts available to MNB, the Issuer should have published the End of Month Report in the Information Storage System on the business day following the relevant day, i.e. on 1 September 2025. However, the End of Month Report was published only on 8 September 2025.
