Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 15 September 2025 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 250 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 16 September 2025 through 26 September 2025 the company bought 110,083 shares at an average price of NOK 168.89. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 170,752 treasury shares.
