Formpipe receives a SEK 1.2 million order from a Swedish Authority

Formpipe receives an order on the ECM product Platina from Boverket (The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning) The total order value amounts to SEK 1.2 million.

"The service demands are increasing and the public sector needs to be fast moving, for example by providing new e-services that are requested by both the public and businesses. Self-service, directly integrated with back-end systems for case and document management results in more service for less money", says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.

Boverket has the mandate to administer a number of subsidies in the field of construction and housing. In the tender, Boverket describes that it is increasingly common with new types of targeted subsidies. There are also demands for stricter regulations on managing and monitoring budgets. A feasibility study recommended a new sy stem for the Boverket's subsidy management based on a do cument and workflow management system that supports these complex processes.

Boverket also states that there is a great potential for improved efficiency and customer service, by changing the management process when receiving and responding to questions from the public and organizations. An integrated document and workflow management system is essential for realizing this potential.

In accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act, a 10-day period of appeal now follows before the agreement can be signed.
